The item is in fully functional used condition, and had been tested and you can see in the photos It comes with a charging cable and the instruction manual It's been used on a couple of trips so it has some slight scuffs on the body and I noticed now a hairline crack on the front - this doesn't appear to affect functionality and it's still holding together well.
