Electric rotavator, been sat for a while.I have had it working by fiddling with the vacuum switch on the handle bar which if made to hold vacuum gets the motor working and the blades turning but haven't bothered for a long time. plug is broken and I haven't replaced it because I think you need to know what you are doing if you want to get this working otherwise best used as a display item or the large electric motor may be of use, plenty of copper in it I'm sure
