This Dosatron D25RE 1500 Doser body and piston assembly. The threads on one side of the body are stripped as seen in pictures, but it held pressure and didn't leak when used. The piston assembly will need a good cleaning and seals, as well as the upper valve assembly replaced due to a crack in the plastic around the left screw.
