Easy to install. Fits over the sleeve at the end of an barbell bar. Slide it along the bar until it rests against the bar sleeve collar. Then add weight plates. Attach handles to the carabiner. Change snap link position along extension chain, or remove extension chain and connect handle to the eyelet using single snap link only.
