Hello, This is a customer return item. It's in very good condition and has been lightly used. According to the usage log, it had a total of 48 hours and 55 minutes of use before being reset. It was then used for an additional 30–40 minutes for testing purposes and is working perfectly. The mop pads, main wheels, filters, and dust bags have all been replaced.
