Hello, this is a customer return product. The box was opened for inspection purposes only. Other than that, the item appears to be unused just as shown in the photos. When the unit is closed, the screen does not turn on. However, even when exposed to a regular fluorescent light, the screen begins to respond as soon as the solar panels are unfolded. Please take this into consideration as well. Thank you.
