Comes tested powers on and works. There is a problem with the carriage sometimes as shown in pics where it has trouble locking and moves to the left. The case is split at but still holds together when locked in. I would advise holding the bottom if you’re going to carry it via the handle. Comes with. Cartridge but I recommend a getting a replacement as it’s dried out
