Hello, This is a good conditioned set of Bosch AL60DV Portable Battery Charger Black 50/60Hz 14.4Volts 1.9 Amp Compact. It also includes a battery suitable for the charger. The charger appears to light up as it should The battery I have nothing to test it in. I have no reason to think the battery is not working.
