Only used occasionally as have short hair, in very good condition and working order. This model doesn't beep when it gets to temperature, the red light flashes. Do not know if auto shut off works as only every used for 3 minutes and then switched off. Only selling as have switched to cloud nine thin. No GHD box, will be packaged securely
