Bike It Deluxe Heavy Duty Rain Cover - L. Rip-stop heavy duty rain cover with water resistant coating. They seem to last a couple of years of year-round use before the material degrades and they fall apart (hence the 4 stars), but at this price it's not a big deal to replace.
