Tested, reinitialized and working. Comes with 1 controller, power and HDMI. Missing original controller charger cable but have a small one to include. Comes with Sony Pulse 3D headset but is missing the connection dongle. You can still use a 3.5mm aux cable to plug into the controller or purchase one separately off of eBay (CFI-ZWD1 dongle)
