Sold as is. In great condition, no noticeable defects on boot or frames. Boot was only worn for about a month and frames are practically in new condition and worn only a few times. Frames are from simmons rana racing. The wheels currently on the frame are outdoor size 100 but you can remove them and also use three 110 sized wheels. I have six 110 sized indoor wheels I'll be happy to include if you prefer larger wheels.
