The round door handles and rectangular backplates feature an antique brass/bronze color, making them a unique and authentic piece of architectural hardware. This salvage item is an original antique, crafted from brass and/or bronze materials. The Corbin Mortice Lock, marked with the maker's name and the backplates are marked with the patent date, adds to the historical significance of the product. The spring and lock mechanism works.
