Working 3 section loft ladder with hatch. Item is a MidMade Lex 30. It is in good condition. It was removed due to building works. Comes with a lock and pull stick. Fits a hole of 540mm x 1130mm. Or 54cm x 113cm Collection only from Reading Ladder is cut to suit an 8 ft ceiling. It would also fit a lower ceiling hight.
