Includes everything in main picture: TV dock, controller adapters, official power cable and mini stand (just need an HDMI cable to use with TV). Console and joy cons have some marks, most notably the pictured ones on the backside, but the marks on the main screen are quite minor and aren't too noticable when playing games. The switch is unpatched, you can check yourself by looking up the serial number :) Working perfectly, no stick drift or other issues.
