Makita HM1317C used in very good condition, excellent working order no issues, tested cleaned and greased. Very powerful and effective 110v electric breaker. Will break through the toughest of concrete with no problems. As useful as a hydraulic breaker in my opinion. Used over a 18 month period then placed in storage, minimal use. Will ship via courier if required but collection is preferred.
