Very beautiful old bike. Working condition - I’ve just put new inner tubes in it. New tyres would be definitely recommended as they are the originals but it’s pumped up currently and ready to ride. Frame measurement (seat tube) is 18” and the wheels show 24x1 3/8. I think this would best fit someone 5’ and under. Have tried to show accurate measurements in the last pictures.
