Start by applying OPI Base Coat to clean, dry nails with the cuticles pushed back. Shine, seal and protect your nails with a coat of OPI Top Coat, spreading it to the tip of the nail. For a perfect polish, apply a brush stroke in the centre of the nail, followed by another brush stroke along each side of the nail.
