used but tested and working hence the pictures showing it wet as i recorded it working too. will be thoroughly dried before posting works great just need a filter if you would like to filter the water before use too. has suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place doesnt come with original box or instructions but very simple and straight forwaed to use multiple temp. settings
