Like brand new. Still has new paper lining. Bottom has a couple scratches from where it’s been sitting and scooted around. Otherwise perfect condition. Never stored tools. Top storage clean and shiny inside. All drawers work and are in perfect clean unused condition. Pet and smoke free home.
