You clip these onto the face plate bit and it creates enough space to wear glasses. Please note this is for the Meta Quest 2, original face plate, I'm not sure if it'll fit on any aftermarket/upgraded versions. * This really does make a huge difference for people that need glasses to play, so is crucial to enjoy VR if they need to wear glasses.
