Vintage Singer Skirt Marker Rule - 24 Inches Wooden Rule In Original Box
On the back there is a dent/roughness near the end (bottom edge in photo) with the hole in it. There are various stains and marks etc on the cardboard box, see all photos. Found amongst my mother's sewing things over 25 years ago.
