Hello, this is a customer return product. It has been powered on and tested, however the collection chamber appears unused. As shown in the video, it was only used for testing and suction power is working. After testing, the oil was drained and placed back into the same container, and the item was packed in this condition. If you experience any issues, returns are accepted within one month.
