Hello, the product is a customer return. The protective plastics are still on the unit. It appears unused, however I am not completely certain, so it has been listed as used. As shown in the last picture, there was a slight bend on the plug. This has been repaired. The unit works properly and collects water. Please refer to the pictures. Thank you
