I've had this Jingsha motherboard, CPU, RAM, and cooler combo for around 3 years now, which it was built as an office PC but is now surplus to requirement. The RAM only runs in Dual Channel because the second bank of slots on the left don't work, it might be because the pads on the CPU are dirty, I just haven't checked. Performs well though. It also comes with a fan extension for the CPU cooler since the Motherboard only has one 4 Pin PWM fan header
