This is a moveable and posable action figure which requires 3 AA batteries (not included) which enables it to talk and laser light flash. It has been tested and does work. The Jet pack on back also works with its wings extending. Please see photos (ruler not included). It does have marks and scratches and slight discolouration in places but generally in good play worn working condition. No box or instructions but will include instructions I found off internet regarding battery replacement.
