Spring style fuel or coolant hose clip tool - no need for pliers !!
Simple operation: Open the spring clip with pliers and slide the appropriate holding tool into place. Remove pliers. Eyelet doubles as handle and a place to tie a ribbon, string or tie wrap to make finding the tool easier if dropped.
