Omega Aqua Terra Mother of Pearl Dial with 11 Rubies - Model No. 2565.78.00
This dial was fitted to a very special (and expensive!). Ladies Aqua Terra model (number 2565.78.00) which has a bezel inlaid with diamonds. As you can see from the photos this dial is in excellent condition.
