Rewireable IEC hot condition, cold connectors with integral notches. UL, CSA and BS Approved. The HOT IEC C15 connector is similar to the IEC C13 connector but has cut-out at the bottom. Usually found on appliances where heat can be an issue e.g. Cisco Switches, HP Procurve switches and DEll Power Connect switches.
