Laptop is in full working order. I have owned it since new in 2021. It has been factory reset using Windows 11 home. Casing is in great condition with a few minor scratches on edges, expected with age. All keys and RGB lights working. Comes with original charger. I do not have the original box. However it will be shipped in a laptop sleeve wrapped and in suitable alternative box
