Our item number is A4JG1034 for these white sheets. They have Clean Edge micro perforations for easy tear down. The insert in our sample photo was printed on an HP inkjet. Tear out DVD case insert size is 7 3/16 x 10 3/4 and is a custom fit for the clear sleeve on the outside of a standard 14mm spine DVD case.
