This is new open box. Been stored in an open box in a garage for a couple years so it has dust/ some debris in it. Rolled it in my garage for a few feet to make sure all was working (that’s why there’s a little dirt on the wheels). All is good. Mixed reviews online- so be sure to read online reviews. Holds about 5 liters of debris will ship UPS USPS OR FEDEX at seller’s discretion. THIS WILL SHIP IN THE WHITE BOX YOU SEE IN PHOTOS- there will not be an additional box placed around the white box.
