Internally the book is as new (with floor plans still attached at the back of the book) remaining very tightly bound, with no page creases, pen or pencil annotations or any other sign of use. There is minimal bumping to the cover corners but the cover does have the faint scratches/grazes/deglazing common to D&D books.
