This is a beautiful evening dress and an absolute classic of the 1980's, based on the cocktail dresses of the 1950's! It is made out of a dark cherry red lace, which has just a little stretch. It has a fitted bodice, with straps that 'wrap' across the front, so th straps are towards the edge of the shoulders. The skirt is sewn flat into the natural waist and has a slight flare. You could add a small neeted petticoat to make it stand out a little more. The dress is fully lined with a toning lining, and has a back zip. The dress will fit a 32" Bust, to 26" at the waist, and to 34" at the hip. The dress measures 37" from shoulder to hem (approx).
