Fisher Model 500C FM Multiplex Receiver. The receiver works and sounds great. Most of the capacitors underneath the chassis have been replaced as can be seen in the images. The 7591 output tubes are all marked as Fisher and test strong though the flashing is a little thin on one tube as shown in the images.
