The movement runs when wound however has not been tested for accuracy so is sold as-is for parts or restoration. The dial is in excellent condition with blued, plum colored hands. The dial feet are threaded with two screws holding it in place on the balance side. While the movement is not branded as being produced by Vacheron Constantin, J. E. Caldwell was a large retailer that utilized their movements in pocket watches for the American market. This, accompanied with the movements’ high grade quality, wolfs tooth ratchet wheels, and similarities to branded examples, leads me to the conclusion that is is an unbranded Vacheron Constantin movement.
