There’s no key (Size 4 I believe) or pendulum, but it has ticked for about 15 minutes and the hands and bird move accordingly. Requires a good clean and has a very faint smell of tobacco smoke when up very close. I’ve left it to air out which has helped reduce this. Measures approx 4.5” wide by 5” tall. Good for restoration or parts.
