NordicTrack cross trainer in good working order. The machine is approx 10 years old so some of the online functions are no longer supported. However, it still provides an excellent workout with pre-programmed workouts, heart monitor and if you want to train old school, it is iPod compatible. It’s quite large so good for garage gym. Dimensions when working are: Length: 200cm Width: 60cm Height: 183cm Collection only so would probably need a van. As shown in the photo the longer grips can be lowered for transport which bring the height down to 150cm. Very easy to build back to working height, I can show you how on pick up.
