Tested & Works (see video). Light works when manually held as shown. In pretty great cosmetic condition, may be very minor wear. Needs to be dusted a little further in small crevices as you can see in photos. Contacts in battery compartment clean with no corrosion. Just a little dust in compartment. No cord but operates with batteries as mentioned.
