This barely-used adaptor allows connection between a composite AV signal, an S-video signal and VGA and converts to a VGA output (as for a computer monitor.) Powered by a 5V main’s adaptor (included). Once connected, the unit is controlled from a row of buttons allowing comprehensive operation and setup. Sorry, no instructions. But it is self-explanatory for those of an AV understanding.
