In 2004 the Dutch Division of Lays released a set of 38 pog like Yu-Gi-Oh chaps to be collected by buying bags of Lays and Smiths chips. One random chap was put in a bag, so you needed to eat least 38 bags. This is a set of 12 of those chaps.
