Working condition. The regulator works but has to be turned by hand on the metal part as the plastic knob doesn’t seem to grip the metal bit for some reason. You could probably glue it on but it works fine turning the metal part of the regulator by hand. Comes with one full? canister weighting 231g and one which is maybe a third? full weighting in at 133g. Not been used in a long time but checked and working. Compass and whistle are thrown in for free
