AVerMedia Live Gamer Portable 2 Plus capture card. Model GC513. Powered by a standard Micro-USB cable (not included). Can record gameplay over hdmi with 4K pass through or you can put in an SD card and record straight to it, no computer needed. A little scuffed here and there but works perfectly fine. No box or cables sadly but you only need hdmi and micro usb. Hence why I’m selling it for less.
