We here at Mishimoto want to remove the restriction on the future potential of the L15B7. We started with the size of the pipes. We added 13mm overall to both sides of the piping system, equating in a 30% increase in size. We reduced the angles of the bends in the piping, giving the charged air a more direct flow through the intercooling system improving the flow. Gone is the plastic that makes up the cold-side piping, which has been replaced with a section of mandrel-bent aluminium pipe, improving both durability and style. We also took the liberty to replace the rubber in the stock kit with couplers constructed with 5 layers of durable silicone embedded with heat resistant fibres.
