A large stunning oil painting , possibly French of a beautiful young lady. It is very eye catching. The signature is partially rubbed off. There are minor marks and paint loss to the painting and and some minor damage and losses to the frame. There is an anchor stamp on the back. I am unsure of its age and origin. There is a gap all around the painting between the canvas and the frame but this doesn’t detract from its charm. Please look at other paintings I have. I will provide measurements later. I am Not 100% sure if the frame is original to the painting. Thank you
