I don't know much about this at all. I will do my best to answer any questions you may have if I can. It seems to be Native American or Western folk art. That is just a guess. Please look at all the pictures and judge the condition for yourself. It's very sturdy and made well. It's 15" tall and weighs 4 lbs.
