This item is brand new, never used. Box was damaged in transit Water tank has cracked and will not be included. (replacement is £20) Very slight markings on the machine above the nespresso sticker to the left. (see pictures) Some very fine scratches on the gloss black plastic part on the top of the machine (see pictures) The box of 12 pods is damaged and most of the pods have dents in. (see pictures) RRP £145 Apart from what is listed about the product is brand new and never been used. Grab a bargain!
