The item has been used - the listing won't let me list it as such. New alarm and mat cost £110 This is a superior alarm to others we used as it delivered the results - after many years of trying. The mat can be included for free - the wire was cut with scissors by mistake and then fixed. It is quite creased, hence the bottom elements are no longer sensitive however most of still responds to moisture. It will do the job if needed. Replacement mats are around £30 The Unit still has working batteries. The alarm itself is in perfect order.
