Seems to be missing the Alarm key knob. I am able to get the alarm to sound and the bird to move back and forth. Minute/Hour hand and red alarm wheel all spin exactly as they should. Gears seem to be gunked up but I am no clock smith and do no intend to open it and clean it up.
