This is a Genuine Toyota / Lexus Roof Bike Rack PZ4AP-PR591-B0 which is Thule 591 Cycle Carrier. It is brand new in a box and to the best of my knowledge is complete. The package containing the fixings has never been opened. The cardboard box is s little tatty. Bought and never used.
